About Maker Toolbench

Maker Toolbench is run by a maker who designs products and sells them online. Running a small shop means juggling product photos, listings, storefronts, and email, and there's a new AI tool promising to fix each one every week.

Most "best tools" lists are written by the tool companies themselves, or by people who never opened the app. This site is the opposite: we try the tools on real work and report back plainly, including when the free version is all you need.
