Our method

How we test

Every tool we review is used on real work before we write a word about it. Here's the process.

1. Start with the free plan or trial. We sign up like any small seller would, and note what you get without paying.
2. Use it on real products. Real listings, real photos, real shop tasks, not the vendor's demo examples.
3. Record what happened. Screenshots, time taken, what worked, what didn't, and where the limits hit.
4. Check the price and terms. Current pricing and plan limits come from the vendor's own pages, with the date we checked.
5. Write it up, then review. A person who did the testing reads and approves every review before it's published.

How we use AI

We use AI writing assistants to help draft and format articles. They don't do the testing, and they don't invent experiences: every claim about how a tool performed comes from our own hands-on use, and a person reviews each article before it goes live.

What we won't do

• Review a tool we haven't used.
• Publish made-up ratings, testimonials, or customer quotes.
• Rank a tool higher because it pays a bigger commission.
• Hide that we earn from some links. See our affiliate disclosure.
